At Kline, we take exhaust design very seriously, You as the costumer take a no compromise product, and we therefore take a no compromise approach to design and manufacture.
Here at Kline, we offer a full original equipment design and manufacture service. From your drawings, or design brief, we are able to 3d model final designs, offer consultation, and then manufacture tooling and fixtures for production, as well as final production runs of low to medium volume.
DEVELOPMENT
All projects are carried out one hundred percent in house, via a number of processes, including in house, laser scanning, cnc laser cutting, cnc mandrel bending, tubing manufacture, silencer manufacture, cnc welding, pressings, cnc milling, mould manufacture, autoclave carbon fiber manufacture. Some of our recent automotive clients include, W Motors - Fenyr Supersport, Corbellati Missile, and RUF Automobil.Here at Kline we have now added laser scanning capabilities to our design and manufacture process. Allowing us to effectively design and quality control with greater precision, resulting in a better end product to you the customer.
