Option 2 = Vehicle-specific report with a unique chassis number (with proof of origin / with invoice)
Option 3 = Vehicle-specific report with a unique chassis number (without proof of origin / without invoice)
Lost or misplaced the report, or purchased a used component for which a new report needs to be created?
We need the following pictures/documents from you:
- A photo of your Eventuri with the serial number clearly visible
- A photo of the entire Eventuri intake system, installed or uninstalled
- A photo of your vehicle registration document with the data clearly visible
- A photo of the purchase invoice (please redact any personal information) or AU number => if not available or purchased privately, select Option 3
