The Ford Kuga 2.0L intake has been developed through extensive dyno testing and temperature analysis. The carbon fiber air intake cover goes with the aluminum alloy box, and echoes the rich luster of the Kuga stock aluminum alloy engine cover. It not only brings you a visual shock but also brings out the best efficiency in your car.
You also can upgrade the plastic stock air duct with ARMASPEED Ford carbon fiber air duct. It covers the gap on the top of the front bumper. In addition to blocking the heat better, it can also prevent the hot air from the engine bay from sucking back through the radiator.
Under the new-generation Kuga honeycomb mesh radiator shield, we developed FRP “dual air ducts” that will directly catch the cold air. High wind pressure will be built up while driving at high speed, and a large amount of cold air will be “squeezed into” the intake tube, and the air will be delivered into the internal combustion engine because of the positive pressure to enhance the effect. This ARMASPEED intake system also uses high-efficiency non-woven air filter to raise the airflow rate.
